At ICONIC 2026 - International Conference on Nanomaterials, Innovations and Computational Physics, to ensure consistency and high publication standards, all accepted papers must be prepared using the official Springer conference template.

Please carefully follow the instructions below when preparing your final manuscript.

1. Springer Template (Word and LaTeX)

Authors are required to use the official Springer templates provided for conference proceedings.

You may choose either:

Both templates ensure that your manuscript complies with Springer’s formatting requirements for structure, references, figures, tables, and citations.

2. Important Formatting Requirements

When preparing your final manuscript:

  • Use the provided template without modifying margins, font sizes, or heading styles.
  • Ensure all figures and tables are high resolution and properly referenced in the text.
  • Use consistent citation formatting as specified in the template.
  • Carefully check spelling and grammar before submission.
  • Ensure that all authors’ affiliations and email addresses are correctly formatted.

Failure to comply with Springer formatting requirements may result in delays in publication.

3. For LaTeX Users

  • Use the official Springer template .
  • Do not redefine styles or alter formatting commands.
  • Ensure all required files (.tex, .bib, figures, etc.) are included in your submission.
  • Compile your document to verify that there are no errors or missing references.

4. For Word Users

  • Use only the styles embedded in the official template.
  • Do not manually format headings or references.
  • Use the built-in reference formatting guidelines.
  • Save and submit your file in the required format (PDF).

5. Final Submission Checklist

Before submitting your final paper, please ensure:

✔ The manuscript strictly follows the Springer template
✔ All revisions requested by reviewers have been incorporated
✔ Author information is correct and complete
✔ The PDF version matches the source file
✔ All figures and tables are properly numbered and cited
